Standard orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders that include customized prescription lenses may require additional processing time depending on prescription requirements.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

EXCHANGE POLICY

7-Day Exchange Policy

Visionista offers a 7-day exchange policy from the date of purchase on all frames and sunglasses.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, case and purchase receipt must be provided
  • Exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of purchase

Exchange approval remains subject to product inspection.


Non-Exchangeable Products

Please note:

Customised prescription lenses are non-exchangeable once the order has been processed, as they are manufactured specifically according to your prescription.

Customers are advised to carefully verify prescription details with our team before confirming lens orders.


PRESCRIPTION & FITTING GUARANTEE

Your comfort matters to us.

If your spectacles feel uncomfortable within 30 days of purchase due to:

  • Lens fabrication error
  • Fitting issue

(and not due to a change in prescription),

Visionista will rectify the issue at no additional cost.

This guarantee reflects our commitment to product quality and workmanship.


LENS WARRANTY

All lenses dispensed at Visionista include a:

6-Month Manufacturing Defect Warranty

Coverage includes:

  • Coating failures
  • Delamination
  • Manufacturing or fabrication defects under normal use

Warranty does not cover:

  • Scratches caused by improper handling
  • Accidental damage
  • Breakage
  • General wear and tear

Warranty claims remain subject to inspection.


CONTACT LENS POLICY

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Contact lenses are non-refundable once opened
  • Unopened boxes in original condition may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, subject to stock availability
  • Opened contact lens packs cannot be returned or exchanged

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are generally not applicable for successfully fulfilled orders unless required under applicable law.

Refunds may be considered only in circumstances including:

  • Order cancellation before dispatch
  • Product unavailable after payment
  • Approved exceptional cases at Visionista’s discretion

Approved refunds are generally processed within:

7–10 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Cancellation requests should be submitted through customer support.


Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

Professional eye testing at Visionista is:

Complimentary for customers making a purchase

Standalone eye tests may be subject to a nominal fee.
